- MSN Messenger 3.5 is a significant update to Microsoft's instant messaging utility for Mac OS X. - OptimiData now offers a low-cost, full-featured software toolkit for JPEG2000 developers. OptimiData's JPEG2000 solution is an implementation of the new JPEG2000 standard for image compression, which provides much better image quality at higher compression ratios than the existing JPEG standard. It is available for commercial (500 Euro) and non-commercial (50 Euro) applications.
