If you're looking for a powerful, functional text editor at an affordable price, we recommend that you try out TextWrangler . If you need a professional-strength tool for text processing, HTML authoring, and software development, the award-winning BBEdit is your answer." The company is offering upgrades from BBEdit Lite to BBEdit 7.0 for $120 through March 31st (but no upgrade path to TextWrangler).
