Apple updates X11 X Window System

Apple today released a second public beta of for anyone using Mac OS X 10.2.x. contains a wide range of bug fixes and feature enhancements. Apple has also updated the Technical Q&A. Version 0.2, based on XFree86 4.2, offers support for Gnome, KDE hints, new symlinks for better compatibility, improved dock functionality, better key mapping support, new preference options to control xauth usage, and support for move window events from CodeTek's VirtualDesktop, Mac OS X's International keyboard mapping, and other enhancements.
