    THANK GOD!

QPS put me through one of the most horrible customer service experiences I have ever had. Their harddrive stopped working (ie: crashing every time I copied a file larger than 5 MB) They refuse to answer their technical support / customer service phone, so I was stuck with trading emails until they deceided that they should no longer reply to me and fix my %#^@ drive. So now it has been sitting around for 5 MONTHS like a ugly desktop decoration.

    What A Mission statement!

woah there, software AND cables? that sounds a little pie-in-the sky for a mission statement. maybe they should tone it down to something a little more attainable...

    QPS Cust. Service - NOT!

I hope the "new" owners decide to actually have some customer service and support this time. I had one of QPS's own regional sales managers tell me that their customer service and tech support was the worst he'd ever seen in 20+ years in the industry. Not a great recommendation, let me tell you! I'm not confident, though, since DPS's CFO is one of QPS's founders. Sounds like just a company shuffle to avoid creditors to me, though I hope to be proved wrong and that DPS will be a great company to buy from.

    "Fool me once...

shame on you -- fool me twice, shame on me."

I gave up on QPS years ago after one purchase. I had enough of their non-existent customer/tech support. I'm disappointed to hear the "new" company is run by a QPS founder which leads me to believe what was good before (ie. crappy support) will continue to be good in the future.
