Apple HP rebate
They could give me an HP printer and I would not take it!
Reasons:
-Paper path tends to pull labels off of carrier, jamming printer
-Poor quality - label jams tend to rip parts out of machine
-Slow service - up to a month turnaround
-Sell cartridges incompletly filled in order to increase profits
-Overpriced Ink
-Thwart refilling/recycling cartridges for their profit, creating customer expense and environmental pollution.
-Poor customer loyality - When things were rough for Apple several years ago they abandoned Apple compatibility and driver support for several years, abandoning their Macintosh users and forcing them to buy a competitors printer or not upgrade their system. They only came back into the market when they saw the opportunity to make killer profits again off the Macintosh platform. Who's to say they won't do it again to current customers should sales temporarly fall off?
Years ago HP put out a solid, well built and well supported printer. Not anymore in my opinion.
