    What?

Photoshop 8 for OS X only? Oh, you've stripped out the Web features for the print industry? nice... :P

    ughhh

It's getting so that I cringe when I hear of a new version of Photoshop. The program is just getting too bulky...too cumbersome...too bloated. Now it sometimes takes a couple of clicks to do what might have been done with one (e.g., opacity AND flow..WTF?) and you have to constantly double-check everything, now that "undo" undoes more than your last move (e.g., changes to a previous layer).

Hey, Adobe...I'd pay MORE if you'd start taking stuff out, for crying out loud!

I'm seriously thinking of using Elements for my pro work.

    Elements

PS Elements is little faster than PS 7. It's their bad OS X code that slows things. Hopefully by devoting all their time only to X, they can optimize things a bit, eh?

    Layers

I really enjoy the Layer menu. You can find everything there. Hey Adobe, why not leave a single menu for the whole application that would allow you to do everything ? Hmm. Not a good idea...
