MacWireless has announced , which utlizes the connecting CAT5 cable to carry power to AirPort basesations. The solution uses a pair of adapters to carry DC power to carry power over the Ethernet data cable--up to 250 feet away for Airport II (Dual-Ethernet Snow) and 150 feet away for Airport I (Single-Ethernet Graphite). It will ship in mid-January for $50.
