MacNN reader John Engelke provided us with a report and photos from the grand opening, which took place last Tuesday at 6PM:
"I posted pictures I took at the grand opening of the newest Apple Store in Pasadena. The grand opening was Tuesday night, and it was the biggest event in town. Several hundred people were waiting for the doors to open, and the line continued throughout the evening. The staff gave away 1,000 T-shirts in a little less than two hours!!! The store really looked great inside and out. It was fully stocked but no 17" PowerBooks, although there were plenty of promotional posters on the walls. The large, brightly lit Apple logos really stood out among the other shops on Colorado Blvd."
