today announced it has added CD printing functionality to its popular Epson Stylus Photo 960 model (released in November 2002). The feature will be included with the printer in the box beginning in February, while current owners and customers who purchase the printer before this feature is included, can redeem a coupon to receive a free CD kit to upgrade their printer (which contains a CD tray and software). The software enable customers to choose colorful backgrounds and images and print directly onto printable CDs or DVDs by placing them in a tray that slides through the printer's straight through paper path.
