today released its new Iomega HDD 60GB Portable Hard Drive, a sleek, portable device about the size and shape of a PDA, weighing only 8 ounces. The drive features a 4200RPM drive mechanism, and is available in either Hi-Speed USB (USB 2.0, backwards compatible with USB 1.1) or FireWire configurations, with the ability to easily swap between the interfaces. It is now shipping in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, and online for $380 (USB 2.0) or $400 (FireWire).
