    It could have been worse.

They could have announced that Crack Ho was heading the MacBU.

    Largest!!

One thing I do not understand is how could MS have the Largest team of Mac Focused developers, and yet not have that many Mac apps!! Even the apps they have are either un-finished (WMP) or they are slow (IE) or they crash a lot (Office)
    Something fishy is going on…

    they are doing OK

They could be doing better, and I would not be surprise to find out that there was some M$ underhandedness --you knew I was a scorpion. But, they are doing a good job overall, they could be doing better, but that has always been true for M$. Their mission focus is beating the competition instead of creating the best product possible, it yields two different products, one which we use because it has become a standard due to marketing as opposed to one we use because it's simply the best. With the resources they have they could really produce excellent product, but then again, it's working for them.

    Outlook Outlook Outlook

This has to be the number one priority. If you do not have an excahnge mail server, get one.

We need a business class server product from apple or ms that runs on OS X and apple hardware.

Excahnge email is the best ask anyone that has a job.

    Give us a new IE!

I really like IE's interface compared to Mozilla so I'm still using it, but for a browser that was touted as being fully standards compliant, it sure breaks a lot of sites!

"Excahnge email is the best ask anyone that has a job."

Coming from someone who can't even put a period between sentences.

I have a job and am forced to use Exchange email - it sucks. Outlook is an ok client - it has lots of features but it doesn't do any of them well. Geez, I can't even make a rule to mark a message as read. Not only that, their stupid "voting buttons" feature doesn't show up unless you open each message in a separate window. Most of the time, people don't even know the voting buttons would be there, so nobody uses them. And as for scheduling, Meeting Maker is a nicer scheduling app than Outlook.

I could rant some more about Outlook/Echange (ahem... viruses), but there's not enough space to post.

    Thanks god for Apple

Luckily we have Apple to provide us with very affordable, high quality computers with THE LATEST TECHNOLOGIES in the world, computers so great that no one has seen them crashing in their lifetimes, unless they run Micro$lo$h software of course. My friend has a Windtel PC XP and it's normally crashed, interrupted by short bursts of non-crashing. I don't understand how come all of my friends have those crash computers instead of perfect Macs. I especially don't understand how they manage to do all they things they do with their computers if by my estimation they only have about 20 minutes of non-crash time a day.
I explained to them how Apple makes completely perfect software that has never crashed ever, and how they don't make money like MICROMONEY$OFT, instead they take all our money and save they make from their computers (which is only like $10 each becuase their computers are CRAMMED with the latest, fastest components in existence) and pay themselves a little money and the rest they use to fight capitalism around the world. But they always mutter something abotu being able to build a PC that's almost 3 times as fast and powerful for less than one third the price. The poor guys are so out of it.
