What does this do that GPG won't do?

Comparing this to GPG is like comparing "ls" in Terminal to the Finder. GPG has its uses on servers in automated situations where a command line PGP is needed, but PGP has no equal for desktop security. PGP Disk is the biggest feature.
Actually PGP 8.0 Freeware does not include PGPDisk functionality, nor does it have any kind of interface with e-mail programs. On Windows, for example, it offers as much useability as the freeware WinPT, which is open source and uses GnuPG.
On OSX, you can use GPGMail as a frontend for GnuPG:

Interesting...
I d/l'ed the .sit, and it opened up as... a .dmg :p
So I fired up the installer, walked through the install to the point where it asked where to install it... and then it wouldn't go any further - it wouldn't continue, wouldn't go back, and wouldn't let me close the window with the red x.
I guess I'll just have to look at this in the morning when I'm more awake, or after more people have grabbed it.
