Macworld UK has confirmed a its "double RAM" offer, in favor of RAM price reductions. The "Double your RAM" offer was originally advertised as running through January 6, 2003.

Really? Tell me where you can buy 512Mb RAM new for £28.50 ($44.70).
This was actually a pretty decent deal, but the fact that it's been pulled early shows a certain amount of organisational incompetence on Apple's part. They seem to think that they can do these sorts of things with total impunity. Arrogant b*******.
...in my PB-superdrive. I made a deal with my Apple dealer. He would doubble the Ram for 200 euro's. (the guy has to make a living you know...) But when he wanted to plug in the extra 512 he found that Apple put 2 dimms of 256 in the Pb instead of a single 512. My dealer replaced one 256... so i am stuck with 768 instead of the full Ghz! But.... its so darn fast in jaguar! and it stays very cool.... even when playing a DVD!
