Apple will NOT sue FishPC

A high-level source at Apple has confirmed to MacNN that comments made by an Apple spokesperson two weeks ago who insinuated that Apple may take legal action against Australian PC-maker FishPC and what appeared to be another iMac look-alike were "premature and simply unfounded."
