    Shouldn't be too hard

Most of the people I know who work at Microsoft have a Mac at home, so there's no lack of likely candidates out there!

    That explains it!

That explains why MS had posted his position to their job listings a week ago.

    Hopefully ...

... this will not turn out to be a bad thing. I didn't always agree with everything Kevin said, but at least he tried to be upfront and honest with the Mac community, and that helped A LOT in restoring some portion of Microsoft's credibility with us. He'll be missed.

(OTOH, I predict the xbox has about two years to live, so maybe he'll be back soon)

    This is embaressing

I will take the job of Browne. I know where to go.
I think it's rediculous to run away from the Mac to XBox. Because the XBox is doomed, but not as doomed as the Mac is.

    LMAO

Uh, guy, Macs aren't going anywhere. Yeah, they may get relegated to a few niche markets but Apple still is profitable with them. Microsoft is losing their a** on the XBox. Up to a $150 loss every one they sell. They expect to subsidize the hardware with software sales (that's how it works in the console industry). But, they have hardly any games that anyone wants. This Christmas will put the hurt on them with Nintendo and Sony both having excellent titles coming to their library and MS not having any "killer apps" to make Johnny 6-year old want one under the tree.

    hire me

i'm looking for a job and being in an air conditioned office with computer access would do nicely. i would do a slack job since it's ms, but do enought to stick around for a little while. ultimately my plan would be to bring them down from the inside but if i dont last that long i can always say i worked there. for some reason employers like to hear about any kind of involvement with them...
