updated 09:00 am EDT, Mon October 7, 2002
Isadora 0.97 is a graphic programming environment for Macintosh computers that provides interactive control over digital media, with special emphasis on the real-time manipulation of digital video. It adds the ability to choose between three rendering modes (auto, copy, direct, and decom), now uses QuickTime Compression Sequence, offers AltiVec acceleration for internal copying of video data, and brings new Actors (Broadcaster, Listener, Loop Calculator, and Comparator).
