Quake being ported to Mac OS X

updated 11:32 am EST, Wed December 20, 2000

Dan Williams has begun porting Quake 1 to Mac OS X, working off of david@porkrind.org's GLQuake port for MacOS 8/9. "This port is done in Carbon, but will probably have some Cocoa code for the input stuff." Currently it builds and plays demos and has sound support; however, mouse and arrow key input are not functioning.
