Helios Software today announced that it would deliver Mac OS X 10.2-compliant versions of its Helios Suite in September. EtherShare 3.1 -- Helios' server for Mac clients, PCShare 3.1 -- its server for Windows clients, EtherShare OPI 2.5 -- a server-based OPI, and PDF Handshake 2.1 -- a PDF printing utility will all receive "Jaguar" updates in under a month. In addition to basic 10.2 compatibility, the updates will also include additional fail-safes for mission-critical reliability, advanced print job management and cross-platform Mac/Windows file locking.
