Afternoon Tech News: Microsoft is looking into claims that Internet Explorer has a flaw that lets attackers pretend to be Web Site operators; and Researchers at Columbia University and Counterpane Internet Security Inc. discovered that snoopers could descrambler mail that you send with Pretty Good Privacy; and Bungie recently announced Halo 2, a sequel to its popular first person shooter game, which was announced for both Mac and PCs and is planned on being made by Westlake.
