Silicon Ice Development has released Urban Terror 1.27b, a new version of the mod for Quake III: Arena which primarily adds compatibility with version 1.27g of the game. However, the team notes that the mod still has problems when running on the Mac and that they are working with id Software's Graeme Devine to try and correct the problems to provide Macintosh compatibility.
