San Saeteurn's MediaCapture 1.0 allows you to "record with any digial video device directly into your computer in any size you want." The registered version offers the ability to export the recorded media into several formats, including DV Stream, QuickTime, AVI, FLC, and MPEG-4 (QuickTime 6). The Pro version is $90, while the Standard version is $60; however, the differences between the two are not available. It works on both Mac OS 9 and OS X.
