Shapiro Consulting Group has released an update to its 16-bit color correction and image enhancement application, Asiva Photo 1.2. Version 1.2 allows the user to view, move and edit all regions associated with any correction or enhancement operation. Asiva Photo works with proxies of the original image files to avoid rendering and effect-application slow-downs associated with large image files. Operations and sequences of operations that are defined by the user can be saved, edited or used for other images of a similar type. A demo of the $380 application is available online.
