Early morning tech news: The FCC's ongoing auction of airwaves has pulled in $9.34 billion in bids; "Kriz," the year-old computer virus, may be coming back for Christmas this year, because of its ability to piggyback on other viruses and spread with them; and Palm Inc.'s second-quarter numbers beat Wall Street expectations, with earnings of $20.3 million, or 4 cents per share.
