Media 100 today announced it has added i/DV to its family of dual stream systems for content design. The entry-level professional DV systems integrate with Adobe After Effects and support up-sampling native-DV color information to preserve image quality; both composite and S-video in/out; video output to a broadcast monitor from third party applications; and a hardware codec for third-party apps to read from, and render in real time, to the Media 100 file format. It is available now for $2,000.
