James Sentman's Acgi dispatcher 1.1 allows "you to write cgi programs in AppleScript that can be run with the Apache web server that is built in to Mac OS X. Version 1.1 of enables you to send any response type, not just an http "OK" message. You can now send errors, or redirects....All events to scripts are now handled asynchronously giving you better performance under load and when running multiple scripts at the same time." it is $15 for a home/educational license and $35 for a commercial license.
