Nikon has announced pricing for its three new Nikon Coolpix digital cameras: the Coolpix 5700, Coolpix 4500 and Coolpix 2000. The flagship Coolpix 5700, which features a 5.0 effective megapixel CCD and 8x Optical Zoom-Nikkor ED glass lens, is $1,200, while the Coolpix 4500 will be priced at $700, offering a 4.0 effective megapixel CCD and a 4x Optical Zoom-Nikkor lens in a swivel lens body. Finally, the entry-evel Nikon Coolpix 2000, its newest 2.0 effective megapixel digital camera with a 3x optical Zoom-Nikkor lens, will be priced at $250. All three models are expected to be available July 2002.
