Epson debuts three new Perfection scanners

Epson has introduced three new Perfection scanners: Perfection 2400 Photo ($230), the Perfection 1660 Photo (480) and the Perfection 1260 ($100)/1260 ($130) Photo. e scanners deliver maximum hardware resolutions of 2400 x 4800 dpi, 1600 x 3200 dpi and 1200 x 2400 dpi, respectively and each feature 48-bit color depth as well as faster scanning speeds. Each "Photo" model is also equippred a built-in 35mm adapter for scanning slides and film strips as well as a USB 2.0 interface. All models are due in August.
