The VX Series is equipped with AutoTune, which automatically monitors video input from the computer and makes optimum image adjustments without user intervention.

The VX700 has an estimated street price (ESP) of $800, the VX800 is $915 ESP after mail-in rebate, the VX900 is $1,100 ESP after mail-in rebate and the VX2000 is $1,600 ESP after rebate.

Every VX Series display complies with the strictest safety and environmental standards, including TCO '99 and ENERGY STAR. All displays are backed by a three-year limited warranty on parts, labor and backlight and are eligible for ViewSonic's optional Express Exchange program, which guarantees a replacement monitor within 48 hours where service is available. ViewSonic offers 24-hour, toll-free technical support, seven days a week.

New High-density 22" LCD

With a density of 204 pixels per inch and a resolution format up to 3840 x 2400 QUXGA, the 22.2-inch VP2290b offers the highest resolution currently available in the world."

It features a wide-screen format that allows desktop professionals to display two-full pages simultaneously, along with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 235-nits of high brightness, and a 400:1 contrast ratio. It supports the display of up to 16.7 million colors, 170-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles and a digital interface. The display will be available in August $8,000.
