Web Crossing today announced an upgrade to its discussion-centric education system, Campus Crossing 2.0, which now includes an integrated Progress Tracking module for attendance, grades and parent notification. The customizable solution offers the ability to create courses with Course Builder and exams with Examiner, Grade Book functions, an Attendance Roster, the ability to set deadlines and send notifications to students, enroll in classes online, and participate in live classroom events and forums, and use Webmail services. It is a free upgrade to all registered users. Both Classic and OS X versions are available.
