    Normally I would be

excited, but Aspyr provides 10 (that's right, TEN) download slots for the recently-released Return to Castle Wolfenstein update. What's the purpose of releasing updates to software if no one can download them?

Aspyr: "support" means a credible ftp server, not a 10-person share and a mac.com address for a $50 game.
