Northern Softworks today released Login Items Engine v1.0, the initial version of the developer's Mac OS X utility for the simplification of the Login Items process. This utility helps manage Login Items -- applications or documents specified to be executed or opened upon login -- by offering a folder that users can place items in, similar to the Startup Items folder from Mac OS 9.
