3ivx Codec available for Mac first

Happy Machines has released an early build of its 3ivx delta decoder 1.0d1, as we anticipated late last month. The codec, compatible with any QuickTime application, is based on the MPEG-4 specification. One reader in our forums claims that the new codec offers better compression ratios compared to QT5's Sorenson Codec.
