MacPlay today announced that it has reached agreement with Crave Entertainment to bring 3 of its top titles to the Mac, including Freedom Force, an RPG which is due out for OS X in the Fall.

The first title scheduled for release is Freedom Force, a flash back to the "Silver Age" of comic books in which players can form, train, and lead Freedom Force, a team of 14 original comic heroes. It contains 22 unique missions--the majority of which will require a squad of four heroes such as the patriotic leader "Minuteman," the powerful "Manbot" and the fiery El Diablo. It includes a "mod" element, which allows players to completely customize and/or create their own unique heroes and personal “skins.”

Freedom Force for Mac OS X is projected for release in Fall 2002 for $40. MacPlay has not yet announced the other 2 titles.
