Kensington has introduced its PocketHUB, the "world's smallest" self-powered 4-port USB hub, and Pocket KeyPad, a new keypad accessory that includes a two-port USB hub.
The PocketHUB ($40), about the size of a match box (2" x 2.1" x 0.45" and 7 oz.), can connect up to four USB devices at once. It includes a short, 3.5-inch cord and a custom carrying pouch, which allows users to bundle the hub and its mini AC adapter together.
The Pocket KeyPad ($40) incorporates a two-port USB hub into a fully functional keypad, is "about half the size of a CD jewel case" (4.8" x 2.8" x 0.6" and 7 oz.), has a standard 17-key layout , featuring a non-synching "number lock" key that allows the Pocket KeyPad and laptop to operate as separate units.
