Morphon Technologies has recently released Morphon XML and CSS Editors 1.0 RC-2. The XML Editor is a validating WSYSIWYG editor that uses Document Type Definition and Cascading SytleSheets. The XML Editor is bundled with the CSS Editor for customizing CSS. This free release candidate includes an installer, revamps the menu and fixes some errors in section handling. The final version, expected soon, will be $150 for a single-user license.
