Live 1.5, a free update to Ableton's $350 audio sequencer which "can be played like an instrument" and can bring together audio material form various sources with automatic adjustment of the samples to the tempo of the song in realtime and without changing the pitch. Version 1.5 offers Rewire master and slave support (with Cubase, Logic, Reason, Rebirth, Digital Performe), a Render/Bounce export audio function, MIDI Sync master and slave support, MIDI Support for incremental controllers and motor faders, a new reverb effect.
