TC Works shipping SPARK 2.5 with OS X support

TC Works is now shipping SPARK 2.5, a new OS X version of its audio processing application with improved editing, processing, and cursor handling as well as better file handling for direct access to MP3 and QuickTime files, a new visual scrub tool, which allows tape-style acoustic navigation through a file, and enhanced waveform overview and zoom handling. The company also claims that large projects will open up to 10 times faster with the new version and says that the OS X version supports Apple's Core Audio for extremely low latencies and Apple's Core MIDI, supporting direct playback of the modular synthesizer from any connected MIDI device. Spark 2.5 is $400, while Spark XL 2.5 with with full TDM integration and audio restoration features is $700.
