Sustainable Softworks has released IPNetMonitorX 1.0, a set of network diagnostic tools for OS X. It includes a Monitor tool, which graphically displays transmitted and received data as well as provides an improved Trace Route function (with an IMCP Trace); an improved Port Scan with UDP scan and responsive time outs for identifying stealth ports; a domain lookup utility, DHCP lease for displaying lease parameters and manually releasing/rebinding among any configured interface; TCP Dump/TCP info functions; and a connection list for TCP status information. It is $40 and includes a registration key for IPNetMonitor Classic. Registered users of IPNetMonitor Classic can upgrade to the OS X version for $20. A 21-day trial is available.
