Fuji today announced retail availability of its FinePix F601 Zoom and FinePix 30i digital cameras. The $600 FinePix F601 is a 3.1 Megapixel camera with 3x optical/4.4x digital zoom, voice annotation functions, the ability to capture full motion video at 15 fps (as well as audio-only recording), a continous shooting mode, adjustable shutter speed/IO sensitivity, and optional PC-cradle ($60) for transferring images and recharging the battery. The pocket-size, compact FinePix 30i offers 2.1 Megapixel resolution, 2.5x digital zoom, MP3 playback, voice annotation functions, audio recording. It is $400.
