Michael Kamprath's Keyboard Maestro v1.04 adds the ability to open individual system preferences with a hot key and the ability to insert dynamic text (date/time and current IP) to system utility that provides the ability to launch applications/folders, type text, siwtch applications, and manipulate the clipboard via the keyboard.
