updated 10:20 am EST, Tue March 19, 2002
Virtix has unveiled Bravo and Echo, two new special effect packages that utilize the iMovie Plug-in Software Development Kit from Apple. The OS X versions of the effects packages can now position laser beams and lightning bolts, zoom up on a portion of an image, fix the broken pixels of a camera, and warp and distort images all by selecting positions in the iMovie preview window. A total of 38 effects is included in the two sets, priced at $25 individually and $40 together.

Really? Just today?
I bought this like a month ago after reading a review on spymac (http://www.spymac.com/features/virtix.php)...
For the most part, I have been happy with it. Would like to see what it develops into.
