Etchelon Tracer 4.2, Andy Pritchard 's $27 shareware tool for animation development, uses vector graphic and bitmap graphic morphing to create animated movies. It will morph from any key frame to any other key frame to provide animation, morphing or special effects. Version 4.2 now includes a new text alignment tool.
