The OS X backup utility iMsafe 1.5 now has full support for HFS+ files (including support for resource forks) as well as the ability to stop and resume backups. The $13 application offers incremental backups, scheduling options, preservation of file modification dates and permissions, and the ability to backup to any mounted volume.
