Apple has announced Apple Remote Desktop for Mac OS X, which enables users to remotely manage other Mac desktops (OS 9 or OS X) anywhere on a local network, Airport, or across the Internet. Users can view desktops, send text chat, provide remote assistance and get comprehensive system profiles. The tool, designed for teachers, students, and administrators, offers secure password protection and is available now for $300 for a single license, or $500 for unlimited licenses.

What?
This should be free to download, and charge the $500 for the Admin version (4 screens etc) I guess I will just stick to what I have... That price is crazy!
