Late last week, Apple quietly released DVD Player v3.1.1 via the Software Update application in Mac OS X. Apple today posted a Knowledge Base description of the update, and has made the update available for download from its Web site. DVD Player v3.1.1 fixes an issue that could occur on non-English versions of Mac OS X that would cause DVD Player on Macs with the Graphite appearance theme to unexpectedly quit.
