Navdeep Bains has released Mail Beacon v1.4.2, his email utility for Mac OS 9. "Mail Beacon alerts users of new mail in both POP3 and IMAP accounts. It can also read/delete mail on server. Mail Beacon supports a filter system, allowing users to trash spam without ever downloading it." Changed in the update are numerous bugs and some improvements to the interface.
