Melonsoft today announced WebPeek 1.0, an update to its desktop monitoring software, which allows users to run a small, non-intrusive application that takes screenshots of the destkop and uploads them to a FTP server at user-specified intervals. The $10 shareware supports JPEG and PNG image formats as well as FTP logging. [Classic, Carbon]

little buggy
it's a little buggy and I couldn't get it to work at 1024x768, kept quitting the application, not sure why, perhaps strange powerbook g4 resolution? Prolly something that I'm doing wrong anyway. If you're looking for something kick a** that definitely works, I love SnapperHead (http://www.stimpsoft.com), it's the best...
