Keyboard Maestro 1.03 offers a the classic application switcher functionality from Program Switcher as well as other keyboard-based functions such as launching apps, inserting text, opening folders, and multiple clipboards. The new "lite" version of the $20 shareware supports up to 20 hotkeys.
