Apple has announced a new retail store location, The Streets at Southpoint, which is located in Southpoint, North Carolina. The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, March 9, with a "Getting Started Workshop" available for new Mac owners from 9-10a.m.

I live about 5 miles from the new mall, and found myself a little confused about where "Southpoint, NC" might be :)
FWIW, the Durham City Coucil will sell their souls to any developer with money to appear like they're keeping up with Wake County.
I'm just glad they finally announced it because we've all known for a while that it was coming. I, too, live only a couple miles from the store...and I know I'll be there opening day :)
