A MacNN Reader reports that serious disputes continue take place over ".biz" domain names from Verisign and other domain registration companies. Christopher Koveleski notes that Verisign intends to offer customers a "second chance" at registration, following a 'first chance' that sent 39,00 disputes to the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
